Had a wonderful Christmas experience at a hotel in the heart of the city. The chic and clean space was perfect for two people. The location was spot on, close to everything, whether you wanted to walk or take a quick cab ride. The new and stylish furnishings offered a modern appeal that made the stay even more enjoyable. The property featured two great amenities that enhanced our experience – a lovely sofa and a conveniently located dining counter.
During check-in, we experienced a few difficulties. Despite the instruction stating check-in between 3 pm and 12 am, the front desk would not check us in at 11 pm, as they had not received confirmation from the owner.

We had a luxurious and relaxing stay at this hotel with exclusive amenities that met our needs. the room was beautifully designed and equipped with modern facilities that made our stay comfortable. the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and steam room were top-notch, along with the spa lounge and sun loungers in the garden area. We were impressed with the service provided, and the outdoor dining area had great food and drinks.
Despite our enjoyable stay, we faced a minor issue during check-in when the front desk staff could not check us in due to a lack of confirmation from the owner. We had to wait for almost an hour until someone else showed up and helped us complete the process.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel - the facilities were modern and chic. The cleanliness was spot on, which made my stay even more comfortable. The location also made everything easy for me - transportation was convenient and the hotel's parking was ample. Moreover, the staff was the cherry on top - they ensured that everything was perfect and made me feel at home.
